Getting Started

  • Patient makes initial call to headquarters.
  • Initial claims management with our team.
  • Fed-Hurt coordinates initial telemedicine appointment with patient and provider.
  • Day of appointment, new patient fills out intake form.

What About Denials?

TWO KEY FACTORS

‣  Fed-Hurt will initiate any Developmental or Denial of claim process and follow through to the initial acceptance of a claim.

‣ Fed-Hurt will accept an initially denied claim and help provide adjudication as long as the denial is received at least 60 days prior to the deadline.
